  2. Once you book your vacation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
  3. Instructions on how to select your show and reserve a show date will be provided in a separate e-mail, which you will receive within 5 days of booking your vacation. The subject line of the e-mail will be "Southwest Airlines Vacations | You Must Reserve the Show Tickets for Your Las Vegas Vacation by 4/5/11!". If information is not received within 5 days of booking your vacation, please call 800-243-8372 for assistance.
  4. Reserve your tickets as soon as possible for the best availability. Show dates and times are subject to availability.
  5. Show tickets MUST be reserved by 4/5/11 by 6 p.m. CT. Show tickets not reserved by this date will be forfeited with no compensation provided. Do NOT book show tickets as an Add-on through this web site.
